Micro Inclusive Leadership Certificate

The micro Inclusive Leadership Certificate provides valuable tools, frameworks and practical insights needed chart the path forward toward intentional inclusion in organizations.

The program is condensed into a three-day time frame, with participants completing three mini-courses of four hours each.

Class content, discussions and activities are framed similarly to the way they are framed for consulting-like engagements. Doing this allows for the infusion of relevant diversity and inclusion (D&I) content that will help participants lead with inclusion in today’s global business environment.

Micro Inclusive Leadership Certificate Courses:

Day 1: Developing an Inclusive Lens

Day 2: Cultivating Cultures of Inclusion

Day 3: Excelling in Inclusive Leadership Practices

Each course will run from 10 am ET to 12 noon ET, and 1 pm ET to 3:00 pm ET.  Participants will enjoy lunch on their own from 12 noon ET to 1 pm ET.

Dr. Hazzard is recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a provider of Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP. Each course in the micro Inclusive Leadership certificate is worth 4 PDCs, while the overall micro certificate is worth 12 PDCs.

This course is designed to equip participants with insights and tools to create cultures in which everyone feels visible, valued, respected, has a sense of psychological safety and belonging, and has the ability to thrive regardless of their identity.

This course examines the global business landscape, with a keen focus on the impact and implications of diversity, equity and inclusion in today’s organizations. Part of the Micro Certificate in Inclusive Leadership curriculum.

Excelling in Inclusive Leadership Practices

The data is in, and inclusive organizations outperform those that are not inclusive! In this course, participants gain an awareness of key principles and practices related to inclusive leadership. Part of the Micro Inclusive Leadership Certificate Program.
