Cultivating Cultures of Inclusion

This course is designed to equip participants with insights and tools to create cultures in which everyone feels visible, valued, respected, has a sense of psychological safety and belonging, and has the ability to thrive regardless of their identity. Participants learn how to successfully employ inclusion best practices that can ultimately lead to enhanced productivity and organizational outcomes, while gaining an understanding of the pitfalls of failing to champion intentional inclusion.
This course is part of the Micro Certificate in Inclusive Leadership program and must be taken in conjunction with “Developing an Inclusive Lens.”
