This course examines the global business landscape, with a keen focus on the impact and implications of diversity, equity and inclusion in today’s organizations. Participants will enhance self-awareness and gain a deep understanding of the business case for inclusion.

This course is part of the Micro Certificate in Inclusive Leadership program and must be taken in conjunction with “Cultivating Cultures of Inclusion.”
