Moving the Needle Forward: Successfully Advancing a Diversity and Inclusion Strategy

This course is designed to guide participants through the process of identifying a current D&I issue in their present organizations, and crafting a suitable strategic initiative to address the identified concern. Utilizing a change-management perspective, instructors work with participants on their strategic initiative while focusing on ways to effectively drive D&I strategy in their organization’s context.
The class will run asynchronously during the mornings and synchronously from 1 to 4:30 p.m.
The presenter, Dr. Deborah Hazzard, is recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP.
Who Should Attend
- Participants taking this course should already be well-versed and knowledgeable of key D&I terminology and concepts, and the legal landscape of Equal Employment Opportunity. They should also have an understanding of the history and evolution of diversity and Inclusion. In addition, they should be keenly aware of D&I best practices and challenges.
