Sriram Venkataraman holds a doctoral degree from Clemson University, master’s degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Alabama, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai, India. As a doctoral student, he worked on a research project funded by Health Sciences South Carolina. He has professional experience with SAS Institute as a graduate industrial trainee and as a research associate with Netscribes (India) Pvt. Ltd. His primary research interests are in service operations (including healthcare, banking, and retail operations), sustainability and new product development.
